CARA MENGGUNAKAN IFOLIO UKM

1. OVERVIEW

Migration from SPIN to ifolio beginning 1st Semester, 2012/2013 Academic Session ifolio is the acronym for integrated Portfolio Management System. Ifolio consists of :

i) Course Portfolio (replacing SPIN)

ii) Learning Portfolio

2.STEP BY STEP HOW TO USE iFOLIO UKM

(a) LOGIN interface. Users are required to enter USER ID and PASSWORD.

(b) The main interface, users can view the current courses taken.

(c) DASHBOARD : There is a menu that can be achieved by the user.

(d) Info: information about the course is displayed and can be downloaded PROFORMA.

(e) Announcement : Students can view the announcements made by the lecturer of the course.

(f) Task: This interface students can perform tasks assigned by the lecturer and upload the required documents in a task.

(g) Roaster : This interface, the user can see people who are in the same course.

(h) Discussion: Interface, students and lecturers can discuss the topics to be discussed.

(i) Quizes: Students can answer quiz questions made by the lecturer.
